Lavender and Apple Butter GlazePrint This
- 1 tbsp butter
- 1 tsp lavender
- 1 granny smith apple, cut in to 1/2 inch chunks
- 2 tbsp brown sugar
- 1/4 tsp salt
Add all ingredients to small sauce pan on medium low heat.
Cook on medium low for 25-30 minutes, until the you can smell the lavender and the apples have cooked down but still hold their shape.
Serve over ice cream, cake, or like a chunky jam on homemade bread!
