Dirty Martini Tart

  • 1 puff pastry shell
  • ½ c gorgonzola cheese
  • ½ c green olives pitted
  • ¼ c slivered almonds
  • 2 eggs


  1. Preheat oven to 375℉.

  2. Pull puff pastry from the freezer and thaw for 10-15 minutes before unfolding.

  3. Lay puff pastry flat on baking sheet lined with parchment paper or a silpat.

  4. Sprinkle gorgonzola, olives, and almonds over pastry leaving 1/2 inch empty around the edge.

  5. Bake for 10 minutes or until the edges are slightly golden.

  6. Pull the pan from the oven half way and then crack the 2 eggs directly onto the crust.

  7. Bake for another 10 minutes until the whites are set. Sit back and enjoy the praise.
